These different perspectives can help you in making decisions, and this of course is not solely based on your personal perspective.

I have just talked to Neal, one of my employees, because he is going to work for the government now. He will hopefully still squeeze in a few hours per week for me, but I can’t rely on that totally, and of course, it will be much less than he’ll be able to put in. Basically, I’m going to search for more people. I thought of letting Neal do it. Neal comes from the Philippines, he knows the culture, and he knows the task very well by now.
